Most Valuable Pet Photo Contest

Takoda

I might be Blind but I see with my heart

Pet Parent: Ron Cheruka    Entrant #: 1200154

Takoda was Rescued from a Puppy Mill and he is blind and has Diabetes Insipidus. Weighing just 55 pounds when Rescued, heartworm infested, internal parasites, blind, diabetes insipidus, really not a good candidate for Rescue or Adoption. Thanks to a very caring founder of the Rescue Group, he was taken care of and he adopted us. He has proven to be an amazing dog, with the heart of a lion and the soul of a lamb. He sees with his heart. Please help him help the Rescue Group who saved him - DRT.

You are an inspiration. You have had to overcome so much. Thank you for choosing rescue. My Tiger Lily was saved by a no kill shelter. If you give Tiger Lily #1200029 a vote, he will give you one back. If he wins the money will go to a no kill shelter that rescues pets off of death row from other shelters and provides them care for as long as it takes for them to recover if sick or hurt and find a good forever home. Thanks so much. Good Luck

There are so many wonderful pets entered into this contest. We love seeing all the beautiful and handsome faces out there, and not to mention some of the funniest pictures. We especially like reading about the pets and how you, the owners, describe them. Please stop by and visit Shadow 1200016 and Midnite 1200015 during week 12. Cast them a vote and please leave your pets name and entrant number so we can do the same for your pet. Thank you very much and Good Luck!

Takoda you are my newest hero. Your courage, perseverance and gentle heart make you the poster dog for rescued animals everywhere. I'm so glad you found your furever mommy and daddy. They love you very much. But you already knew that didn't you?
