This is Toby Ray who has been in the last two contests with costumes on. Here he is unmasked and in his natural environment. Toby is a deaf double dapple dachshund rescue from Dachshund Haven of Garden Grove Rescue and Sanctuary (a California Non Profit 501(c)(3) corporation) . His deafness means nothing because he lives a very normal, happy and healthy life with his family! He loves to take pictures!
