Skippy's First Christmas with his new
"Mom"

I adopted Skippy from a shelter in February 2009. He
was 5 months old and one of 6 kittens whose birth mother was a
shelter 'guest.' As soon as Skippy was weaned from his mother, a
wonderful foster family cared for him until he was deemed healthy
and ready for adoption. I saw Skippy's picture, and it was
purrfect love at first sight. I was interviewed by Skippy's
beloved foster family before they released him into my care.
Today, Skippy's the sunshine in my day, no matter what the
weather!
